The Otter Controls Group of Companies have recently announced a change within their structure, which will take effect from 1 January 2004.
Since 1991, the Otter interests in Hong Kong and China have been represented by Inducon Industries (Asia) Ltd which, due to the efforts of all parties, have achieved substantial sales growth to the present day. In full agreement with Inducon, from 1 January 2004, the sales of the Otter product range will be transferred to a new company, Otter Controls (Asia) Ltd. This will also involve the new company moving into the present office premises occupied by Inducon in Kwun Tong and Shenzhen, and Inducon relocating elsewhere.
Furthermore, Otter are delighted to announce that all the Inducon staff previously associated with the Otter side of the business, including General Manager – Ross Jolliffe, will also join Otter Controls (Asia) Ltd. This will ensure the high level of customer service given in the past will continue in the future.
