Otter Controls Limited, a leading UK manufacturer of controls and connectors for the global SDA and Automotive Industries, is delighted to announce that with effect from 31 March 2006 it has acquired control of Ferro Techniek BV and its subsidiaries including operations in the Netherlands and Hungary.
Ferro Techniek, who are renowned for their innovative and exciting development of Thick Film Elements, will now be part of the Otter Group of Companies with the management team of Ferro Techniek remaining under the leadership of Managing Director, Mr Simon Kaastra.
Both Otter Controls and Ferro Techniek are confident that all existing and new customers will benefit from the combined efforts of the new organisation.
