The Otter Group of Companies are pleased to announce that Kettle Solutions (Ketsol) have become part of their group.
The acquisition will form a stronger and wider market force within the industry, but still allow both brand names to continue to focus on their specialist area of the jug kettle control market.
We believe that by bringing Ketsol within the Otter Group, this can have mutual benefits not only to both parties, but also to the existing customer base of Ketsol.
From the 1st December, 2007, Kettle Solutions products will be available exclusively from Tarka Ltd., a subsidiary of the Otter Group.
All products sold by Tarka Ltd., (including KetSol branded products), have protection under the Intellectual Property of the Group worldwide.
