The Otter 'Gemini Control System' has been developed to meet
the safety, control and connector requirements for liquid
heating appliances.
Typical applications are jugs and kettles (both underfloor and immersed) plus coffeemakers and deep fat fryers.
The Gemini System is modular with each kettle and jug requiring
a dry boil protector, a steamstat and generally a cordless
connector i.e.:
